Support Group

Hi Mom! Got a letter the other day from Valley Hospice inviting surviving family members to join a support group. Signed up and joined the virtual support group. Recognized 2 of the hospice people that came to the house when you were here. They had like 80+ people join in on the group. No interaction from us this time since they wanted to just present for people to listen. They gave advice on how to deal with the holidays without a loved one, sang songs and recited poems. Valley also offers in-person session groups twice a month. I’ll probably sign up and see.

I checked you email and it looks like it’s Louisa’s birthday today! I messaged her on Whatsapp and put lots of emoji like you always do.

Your sisters also want to donate money under your name for a good cause. So I’ll be looking into which institution that would be fitting for you!
