Hi Mom,

A college friend’s mom just passed and I thought it would be nice to write a sonnet. So many lives has been taken away this past year. But it’s the closest ones that affect us all. We do what we can to move on but we all need support.

And friends we became during undergrad.
Mom will look down from the sky,
With pride and love, so don’t be sad.

Keep your vows,
And lay some flowers.
For She is with Him now,
And they will hear your prayers.

     Her life and legacy are muy bonita,
